 Our story starts in the wild. Reindeer lichen does something remarkable — it naturally produces true Vitamin D3, one of the only sources in nature that makes it directly, no chemistry required. We don't manufacture it; we gather it with care and gently draw out what nature already made. 

 For us, plant-based is a promise, not just a label. While most D3 still comes from lanolin in sheep's wool, Vegadelight® comes entirely from reindeer lichen — a genuinely vegan source, certified by two independent authorities, with nothing of animal origin at any step. 

  Sustainability starts at the source. Reindeer lichen is naturally abundant — classified "Least Concern" on the IUCN Red List — and gathered through a responsible wild-harvest. No farmland, irrigation, or soil required: just a renewable crop with a light footprint.
